How to Split a Single Cell in Microsoft Excel 2007
I need help to split single cell into multiple cell. I tried to use a script for the same which ended to a error.

Use the white space (here) to describe your problem in more detail. Do you want to extract data from a single cell into two or more other cells. Instead of trying to split your cell G6 in two overlapping cells, you must try this out. This is just a example. Assum that there is data in reference cells.

* Insert a new row 7
* Merge A6 and A7, B6 and B7 ... F6 and F7, H6 and H7 ...
* Distribute your data between G6 and G7 (unfused)
* Select lines 6 and 7 and do Format / Alignment / Vertical / Centered

You can not split a cell in excel, it's not like in Word.The only thing you can do is add a column in the cell and distribute the data.
