Having problem to find the drivers for Btoes bluetooth dongle
Hello friends, I had a certain problem while fixing some of the errors in the windows, since before the formatting of the disk the old btoes Bluetooth dongle was working fine, but after the formatting of the drive it started working in such a way that it was giving error, the drivers which were been used in the old windows xp were replaced with the new one, I think the new driver which were used recently is creating the problems. The problem that was created was so large that it took around a whole day to rectify. But I was not able to do that so I tried to reinstall the whole thing by the old drivers and the operating systems but now there are some option that are not been opening now. Can anyone help me on this because it is providing lots of error in it?

I would like you to focus on the steps that you perform during the installing process, have you ever installed or formatted the drivers to your computer in the recent times. The normal procedure of installing is to insert the cd into the cd-rom that you have been provided with the stick, once you have inserted it in the cd drive then the procedure you must follow with the help of the manual that is provided to you. Do not click or do anything with the file M$ drivers, because this are the thing which tends to change the setting of the Drivers. This should be done with the help of an expert who will help you to find the proper solution in emergency.

I feel that the Driver that you have installed in the computer is not the problem. Since the drivers that are present is almost the same when compared with the older ones. The new ones that is present in the drivers will consist of the fix that were present in the older ones. Did you change the driver that you had downloaded in the internet, because some time it may be the issue of the driver containing the wrong syntax that is not recognized by the Bluetooth dongles. Did you make the backup of the system so that when any of the error is present in the system, it will be overwritten? Try downloading the driver from the internet named as BlueSoleil_1.6.2.1.exe this will help you to fix the bug.

Hello friends, when I tried to fix the issue with the older service pack that were present, it was asking the compatibility test to be done, but I was afraid that it would create more problems and then also ruined the system which were some working , so how to overcome this problem, hence it is necessary to do the compatibility test because it does not allow to go ahead in the procedure, so should I go ahead or else try something else since it is very difficult to predict any of the outcome from it.

Hi you can go ahead with the compatibility test , since it is a test that is been conducted by the Microsoft such that to see the product is genuine and to see that you are not using the pirated copy of the windows, also the driver that you are using might be old as per what you had said but it is not out dated or something that way, since I had windows 7 that is been running in the computer, but the software for the printer is still working for my printer which was dated around two year back, and it also see that the software is working fine till now.
