How to reinstall CoreVideo.dll, itunes cannot find it.
i have installed the windows 7 in my system and i have internet explorer 8. My system works very smoothly and don’t have any problem. i have recently downloaded the itunes from the apple store and it was newest version. i have installed the itunes and for some times itunes works fine but now i get the error saying that “CoreVideo.dll cannot found”. After that i tried to upgrade the itunes to solve this issue but it won’t works. Can anyone help on this topic?

I would like to advise you to restore your system so that you can solve your problem. Restore system will help you to remove the error on your system. To restore your system follow the steps here:- click on the start icon and select the run program. Under run program write restore and then you can see the system restore application or you can also use the other way as well. Under run type rstrui and press t enter. Now under the system restore application select the “choose different restore point”. After that now you will get the screen with time and date, description column under that click on the Virtual CloneDrive. Now you will get the confirmation to install. After installation your system will restart automatically. I hope now you can use your itunes without any problem.

Hello, thanks for replying on my issue. i have tried your system restore but it doesn’t helped me to restore the system. When i am restoring the system i got the error saying that “Your computer’s system files and settings were not changed. System Restore did not complete successfully”. I have tried several times but it doesn’t works. Can anyone help me with right solution?

I have the same issue on my system and i have tried several solutions to solve this issue. Lastly i found that i don’t have the CoreAudioToolbox.dll and CoreVideo.dll files in my itunes folder. To fix this issue you need to copy the CoreAudioToolbox.dll and CoreVideo.dll file to your itunes folder. To do those follow the step: - First copy the CoreAudioToolbox.dll and CoreVideo.dll files from your friends system who has installed the itunes application. You will get the CoreAudioToolbox.dll and CoreVideo.dll files on the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support and then copy the CoreAudioToolbox.dll and CoreVideo.dll files on USB or external drive. Finally you need to paste these files into: \Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support and now your application will work without error. I hope so this will help you lot.

According to me you need to reinstall the itunes and then install the itunes so that you can solve your problem. to remove the itunes follow the steps here:-
Click on the start icon and select the control panel.
Under control panel select the add/remove program.
Now under the add/remove program select the itunes and hit on the remove button.
Finally now your system will show confirmation saying that do want to remove the itunes, select the yes button. After removing the itunes you must restart your system.
After restarting your system download the fresh and newest installation if the itunes. Finally run the downloaded files and install. I hope this will help you to remove your problem.
